Developer neutralisation of condensate from exhaust gases - has 1st container with overflow outlet, enclosing 2nd perforated container filled with granular neutralising agent

Device comprises a container which has an overflow outlet. Inside this first container is a perforated second container which is filled with a granular neutralisation agent. The condensate inlet leads into this second container. The condensate inlet is pref. in the form of a perforated pipe located centrally within the second container and extending over the greater part of its height. The outlet consists of a vertical tube with an inlet opening in the lower part of the first container. The outlet is closed by a valve controlled by a pH probe located in the outlet pipe. USE/ADVANTAGE - For neutralising esp. condensate from combustion exhaust gases. Highly acid condensate can be neutralised, manufacturing costs are low, and maintenance and replacement of the neutralising agent are easily carried out.
