An evaluation unit (10) determines the coordinates of selected points. A display unit (9) converts the signals processed in the evaluation unit to a visible indication. The evaluation unit determines the spatial coordinates of the selected points observed in the field of vision. It converts related different selected points in the observed field of vision into positional information. In addition a changeover possibility between different operational modi of the evaluation unit relative to the determined signals, is provided. ADVANTAGES - Direct data regarding spatial relative relationships between different observed points are made available to respective observer. Various positional data is made available to observer.
