A circuitry holder has two side walls (10, 11) connected together at their corners by transverse bars (23). A back wall (33), a cover wall, a base wall and at least one front plate complete the holder. The front plates have fastening bores on the horizontal edges and are connected to the threaded bores of the front bar by screws. The bars (23) each have a fastening flange (24). A cover plate (30) with corresponding flanges (31, 32) is connected to the inward facing sides of the flanges (24) of the upper and lower bars (23). The back wall (33) has a U-shaped cross-section. Its legs (35, 36) engage the back bars (23). The back wall (33) has cover edges (37) which enclose the side walls (10, 11) and are connected to them. ADVANTAGE - Can be sealed from high frequencies on all sides without adversely affecting assembly, using simple construction.
