摘要
To burn conventional fuels, waste matter or a mixt. of both in an incinerator, the hot gases are led to the flue via a passage. The smoke contg. 7-11% O2 is drawn off at about 1000 deg.C at a controlled power pressure, that fresh air is drawn through with the smoke gases at the point where these are drawn from the fire chamber, that the temp. of the mixt. of smoke and air is brought to less than 400 deg.C and contg. 15-18% O2, and that this mixt. is blown into the incinerator firing chamber at high speed as secondary air and at a distance from the firing chamber smoke abstraction point, and generating strong turbulence. USE/ADVANTAGE - The process optimises the incineration of conventional fuels, waste or a combination of the two., The turbulence is maximised within the firing chamber and prevents the formation of smoke strands.
