The machine has a worktable (3) fixed on two brackets (1,2) carrying a guide rail (5) positioned above and parallel to the table surface. Traversable along the rail on rollers (6) is a trolley (7) in which can be clamped an angle grinder (9) fitted with a milling cutter disk (10). The edge of the milling cutter disk traverses in a longitudinal groove (11) of the table. Because the cutter speed is in the order of 10,000 r.p.m., the cutting force is very small and the work can easily be held on the table with one hand while the cutter is traversed with the other hand. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple and productive wood tile cutting machine can be used where space is limited.
