The dia. of the centre web (2) is smaller than 300% of the chain division (71). A groove running across the direction of movement of the chain is provided on the guide pulley for fixing one end of the conveyor. Bores can run perpendicularly through the groove. Except for the centre web section required for guiding the chain the outer radius remains unworked. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple prodn. and fitting of guide pulley.
