The insert (2), which may typically be triangular in plan, fits into a corresponding recess (7) of the holder (3). A strap (8,10) serves the dual functions of a clamp (8) holding the insert firmly in the recess when the clamping screw (14) is pulled down, and of a safety device (10). When the strap is acting as a clamp it becomes a third order lever with the fulcrum (19) at the rear. The lip (21) of the front end (18) of the strap is forced against the chamfered corner (22) of the central hole of the insert, seating it down and back into the recess.
