Sieving apparatus having at least one sieve unit possessing a swinging frame, a sieve screen carried on the frame, and as necessary a collector unit for the under-size, and where the swinging frame is elastically mounted and able to be caused to swing by an oscillating device, with the novel features that the sieve screen is inclined from its centre outwards, with an opening for the over-size at the deepest point, and includes a discharge device for removing the oversize.
