A tube like inliner (8) is made of a thermoplastic polymer comprising 25-100 wt.% VLDPE of E-modulus 30-300 N/mm2, 0-75 wt.% HDPE, 0-5 wt.% fillers, pigments or adjuvants and 0-5 wt.% other polymers. The inliner has an E-modulus of 50-500 N/mm2 and has several knubs (6) on one side. Also claimed are a relining process using the above inliner and the mfr. of the inliner. USE/ADVANTAGE - Useful for relining transport piping such as sewage pipes. The inliner has high flexibility, good stability and mechanical strength, good durability (length of time it can remain in situ), low waste escape, etc..
