It is adjustable for height on a wall mounting, and has a screw cap with two drillings, to one of which a transparent plastic hose is connected. On the hose free end is a sliding mark, which can be fixed to the mounting. The hose can be passed through the central drilling in the cap and held by a locking member on the inside so that it cannot pull free. The smaller drilling forms a connection to atmos. even with the cap shut. ADVANTAGE - Simple operation, being for levelling foundations, masonry, etc.
