The tube container base (9) is drawn by spring (10) towards tube container opening (12). At all points where spring crosses opening slits of guide web it is connected to guide strip by holders (22). When spring is tensioned it is drawn apart so that two guide strips connected to same are drawn out of their store rooms in corresp. (21) in tube container. When loading tube container with refill container (2), plate at bottom of tube container is pressed down against spring pressure so that lock of gearwheel is released and tube container base (9) moves towards tube container opening and spiral spring can be tensioned. Refill container is opened by removing closure membrane. USE/ADVANTAGE- When refill container is fully emptied it is compressed to min. of space for easier disposal and recycling.
