The pan with fume-extractor incorporated in the lid, has a fat-drip edge (14), an anti-splash shield, removable handle and short-term alarm. The outward-pointing rim enclosing the pan's base has an outward-pointing lid-support surface (1) at the top. The surface is stopped by an outward-leading rim (6) and is broken up by at least two opposite-facing ridges (2). The width of the lower plane of the ridges base surfaces include only part of the width of the lower plane (1), leaving a narrow strip in front of the ridges on which the lid rests. USE/ADVANTAGE - For frying, roasting or baking. The roasting-pan enables food to be cooked when the lid is on and the cooking-fumes are extracted and no fat spits outside the pan.
