The process is for simultaneous cleaning, grinding, polishing, of the internal surfaces of tubes. It is for tubes, which are located in bundles, end in tubes bases, are circular or oval, curved or straight, and also for one or more individual tubes. The tubes (2) are filled with one or more elastic cylindrical grinding bodies (1), which are covered or impregnated with a granular grinding material. The tube ends are sealed with air permeable blocking elements (5). Chamber units (7) seal tube ends pressure-tight against the atmosphere. Alternating compressed air feed/extraction via air connections (20,21) and distribution chambers (9), causes the grinding bodies to oscillate between the tube ends. Air feed is via a pneumatic circuit. ADVANTAGE - Simultaneous, quick, cheap cleaning, etc..
