The fuselage has bearers (7) for a duct ring (6) fixed to the fuselage end (4) which is located inside the ring.The air screw (3) is located in the ring. The bearers act as tailplane (8), to which the rudder surfaces (9) are linked. A pendulous tailplane (10) is linked to the bearers. The ring consists of an inner and an outer ring. For its prodn. a model is prepared, and over it part forms are drawn in which the inner and outer rings are produced. USE/ADVANTAGE - To reduce aircraft noise by using an air screw.
