The system includes a control parameter generator which produces a control parameter coordinate value in a control space, a position controller (3) operating in response to the coordinate value, and a position detector (4). The detector determines the position of a standard component controlled by the position controller in the control space. The spatial error compensation device (5) compensates spatial errors between the control space and motion space and corrects the control parameter values using the compensated coordinate values.
