The hysteresis mechanism (18) is located between the drive body (19) and the driven body (9), and comprises a first friction component (20) of low friction under the pressure of a first elastic component (24), and a second elastic component of higher friction (22), which is under the pressure of a second elastic component (24) against the drive body (1) or the driven body (9).
