Drive method by means of several gears some of which are double- coupled ones mounted freely on separated pins with or without chains. Twin toothed gears mounted freely are connected in a staggered configuration by chains in loop form whose tension can be adjusted. The addition of these gears is intended to reduce the resistances by distributing them over the pins. The gears connected by one or more chains, some in loop form, or even driven directly may be incorporated into one or more boxes/a casing. Method which can be adapted to all vehicles with cardan joints or shafts: in this case the toothed gears mounted without chains will be of wider shape, but always in twinned groups on separate pins.
