A device for real and measure the length of the elements included in a sample studied to the microscope and its application to the method of the traces of fission in chronothermometrie
A device for real and measure the length of the elements included in a sample studied to the microscope and its application to the method of the traces of fission in chronothermometrie
The device comprises a microscope (3) connected to a video monitor (6) forming the real image of the object studied (2). The adjustment on the ends of the object is made by means of the fine displacement of the microscope stage (1). A synthetic image created by the displacement of a mouse (15) locates on the real image the X, Y axes of the ends of the object studied. The X, Y and Z axes of the object's ends are forwarded to a microcomputer (9) which calculates and measures the length of the object studied based on data from two sets of consecutive axes.
