The invention relates to a device for reducing the water flow rate, fitting on plumbing fixtures (sink, washbasin, shower, all taps) without having to make modifications, the said device comprising a flow rate reducer having holes (2) at the centre serving to regulate the flow rate of water; by virtue of a central, conical shaft (1) and a circular wall (3), the water pressure is broken down gradually; the flow rate reducer is incorporated in the aerator/foamer; the aerator/foamer/economiser assembly fits in all fixtures.
