This relates to an engagement diary or organiser which juxtaposes the functions of an engagement diary and a notepad in a single tool. The invention relates to an engagement diary combined with a notepad with simultaneous viewing of a daily space and a weekly space. It consists of single sheets forming the daily space and double sheets which on the recto form the weekly space and the appointment space and on the verso a variety of general information which can be changed. In addition, double sheets are used to complete the tool with a year planner space. The organisation of this diary means that the sheets showing the daily space can be filed day by day in the sheet showing the weekly space while also offering a considerable amount of space for taking notes.
