The device for plasticisation of macromolecular materials, by controlled shear, is intended for machines for injecting plastics, the injection unit of which is provided with a rotor (1) and an annular piston (9). This device is constituted by a controlled-shear slot (e) between the conical end (5) of the rotor (1) and the conical inlet (C) of the injection cylinder (D) of the barrel (shell, sheath) (2).
