Device for implementing lost formwork for pouring reinforced concrete floor slabs on micropiles

Device making it possible to pour (cast) a concrete floor slab on micropile foundations. It is made up by fastening, to the heads of micropiles (1), a steel mounting plate through which a threaded rod (3) passes. An asbestos cement (transite) nozzle (4), sealed around the head of the micropile is set to an exact height with the aid of strong card formwork fixed by an adhesive tape (5). These plinths thus receive prefabricated consumable (lost) formwork (6) fixed with the aid of a lug screwed to the threaded rod (7). The assembly receives a thin plastic sheet (8), a perforated heat insulation (9), and suitable reinforcement (armouring) members (10). The threaded rods (3) then receive fastening apparatus (12) supporting guide rules (11) used to ensure the flatness of the concrete when pouring. IMAGE
