Device strapped on the top of the forearm making it possible, at all times, to have a pen available. The pen (3), which is in a housing (1), is connected by a link (4) to the return system (2) which extends the housing. The return system consists of a cylindrical cavity containing a reel where the link is wound up and of a central housing with a spring integral, via one end, with the reel and, via the other, with the casing. The housing includes an upper slot (6) making it possible to lock the link by engaging a knot made at a convenient distance. A slight pulling action releases the link and the pen automatically returns into its housing. IMAGE
