The invention relates to a needle making it possible, after a single percutaneous puncture of the venous arteries, to place intravascularly two leaders intended for implanting tubes or catheters by the SELDINGER method. It consists of a conventional cover (5) accommodating the end-piece of a standard syringe (6), a needle shaft (3-4) of oval cross-section, whose oval-shaped internal slot, set back in its mid-part (4), allows simultaneous passage of two leaders without them being able to cross over, a needle bevel inclined in the larger axis of the oval (9) in order to limit the residual lesions at the percutaneous puncture point as much as possible. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for percutaneous access to the venous arteries in the practice of anaesthesia-recovery, with the aim of reducing the incidence of complications as much as possible.
