The present invention relates to a position change detection device for creating a mailbox with deposit indicator signal. BR/ The invention relates to a device allowing at a glance and even a distance a few meters away, possibly from his car, so without going to open his mailbox, to check if someone deposited something there. BR/ It consists of a housing (1) made of transparent material, composed of two half-parts comprising a hole of diameter suitable for the passage of the axis (2) eccentric (2/3 1/3) of the moving part (3). The box (1) will be fixed on the outside, on the visor of the letterbox by a double-sided adhesive (4). A wedge (5) prevents the moving part (3) from tilting completely and keeps it in a certain very unstable position. As soon as the visor is lifted, the moving part (3) driven by the wedge (5) rocks and presents the other side, colored in a different color, indicating that someone has raised the visor and deposited something in the mailbox. The device is reset using the knobs (8).
