Appts. for rotation of wine produced by 'method champenoise' comprises a frame with uprights and U-shaped chassis pivoting about horizontal axis (A-A). Chassis has a receptacle which accepts a compartmented unit (12) filled with bottles (b) for rotation from a horizontal position to a vertical position with the necks of the bottles directed towards the base. Receptacle is mounted rotational w.r.t. chassis at the centre of the base articulating about an axis and the face opposite the articulating base is completely open such that the unit can be introduced horizontally. Face, which is at the base during filling, has a central opening for the passage of the fork of a loading unit. Means of support are fitted to each edge of each face, parallel to the axis of articulation of the receptacle on the chassis, to support the unit during loading. Stops support projecting ends of unit during loading. USE/ADVANTAGE - For wine prodn. by 'method champenoise'. Fully automatic loading and unloading are obtd.
