The vehicles are driven at variable speed on tracks by a helical cylindrical propulsion device, operating by friction between orientable rollers (5) and rotating tubes (2). These rollers are fixed to the cabin chassis (A2) with an independent traction platform (C). The cabins have a load space (A1), on a chassis (A2). These cabins circulate on a track surface (B) including crossing points. The cabins are drawn by the platform within the track system (D), preferably buried, or suspended, for integration with existing systems. USE/ADVANTAGE - Safe urban transport system, avoiding traffic jams, with automatic operation and without excessive first or running costs.
