The mudguard is formed from strip (5) with a front mounting elastic clip (9) pinched around the saddle tube (2). A rider (12), shaped to the mudguard, slides along it to a suitable position, with another retaining elastic clip (16) sprung onto the rear fork (3) crosspiece (17). The front clip (9) may be joined to the main mudguard strip (5) by an articulated section (6). This articulated section (6) may be a strip portion with a transversal fold line (7). Each elastic clip (9,16) may be an incomplete deformable elastic material ring. The rider (12) may locate on mudguard strip (5) ribs. ADVANTAGE - Others need fixed guard section and use of screwdriver spanners, etc., when repair or replacing. Guard strip may be metal or plastic.
