The sensor comprises a matrix of photoelectric detectors on which images are formed by a number of elementary objective lenses in a specified field angle (alpha). These detectors are arranged in a primary plane inclining the objectives and also in a secondary plane (beta) perpendicular to the first. Each objective element forms an image on the detector matrix in a field angle specific to the field of view. The sensor comprises a lens (11) having a concave depression and a network (13) of objective lenses placed in front of a microchip (14). The array of photodetectors (8) is formed on the microchip, and light is incident through a transparent window. The sensor is formed as a dual-in-line (DIL) package having two rows of connectors (12). USE/ADVANTAGE - For filming. Reduces size and mass of sensor yet provides wide field of view and high quality images in difficult conditions.
