The neck of the balloon is closed by an hemispherical shell (1) which is made in elastic plastic material. It has an inner concave part (2) and an outer convex part (3) and a central slot (4). The lips (5,6) are separated by the pressure of two fingers so that the balloon's neck can be put through it. The outer part of the shell has two opposite marks which show where the fingers should be placed. The balloon is inflated up while the slot is open and when the fingers are released the slot closes and seals the balloon. USE - Shell to seal neck of inflated balloon.
