The gas-powered radiant panel has a valve which is supported at the level of the gas injector (9) by a tube (3) which acts as a mixer, situated before the burner (2). Between the body of the valve (6) and the mixer there is a component (15) which breaks the thermal bridge and protects the electrical or electronic control elements of the valve. The component which breaks the thermal bridge can be in the form of a ring made from an appropriate insulating material, such as polyamide six reinforced with glas fibres, screwed onto the gas outlet duct (8). The insulating component can be in the form of an injector holder with a cylindrical body fitting into the mixer, with a threaded sleeve for attaching to the gas outlet duct and a threaded aperture to receive the injector (9). ADVANTAGE - Lessens risk of damage to valve components.
