The electrical transformer is in a circular case (1) with a top (2) and a device for attaching it to an inner surface or ceiling (3) with a screw method (4), and an immovable head (5) in the general form of a cylinder or conical shape. The head has two exterior shoulders (6) and two pairs of terminals at very low voltage (7). The top consists of a circular plaque and has a central hole (12) surrounded by a tubular collar (13). A cylindrical bobbin (14) has primary and secondary windings and the magnetic circuit of the transformer is in the form of an annular block of insulating resin. The bobbin is held against the top using a support (16) of insulating material comprising a ring (17) and at least two lateral flaps having a hole in their free extremities.
