PURPOSE:To obtain an average oven temperature efficiently, by measuring oven temperature with a radiation thermometer and a portable processing unit carried by an operator who moves according to addresses of peep-holes which are shown on an indicator of the pressing unit and then processing the measured values in a main processing unit. CONSTITUTION:Temperature distribution patterns for detection of average oven temperature stored in a 2nd memory 7 are transferred into a 1st memory 15 of a portable processing unit 3. An operator who carries the portable processing unit 3 and a radiation thermometer 2 moves according to addresses of peep holes shown on an indicator of the portable processing unit 3 and measures oven temperature with the radiation thermometer 2 by opening covers to the peep holes. After oven temperature at respective peep-holes are measured, the portable processing unit 3 is connected to a main processing unit 4 to transfer valves stored in the 1st memory 15 to the main processing unit 4 for calculation of average oven temperature and printing-out of the calculated value with a printer 5.
