PURPOSE: To provide a thermoplastic molding compsn. having excellent impact- strength characteristics, particularly low temp. impact strength, and excellent paintability. ;CONSTITUTION: This thermoplastic molding compsn. comprises a mixture comprising: (I) a copolyether ester compsn. comprising a product of a reaction of at least one low-mol.wt. diol (a), at least one dicarboxylic acid (b), at least one poly(alkylene oxide) glycol (c) composed mainly of alkylene oxide units having a carbon to oxygen ratio greater than 2.0, and polyethylene glycol (d); and (II) one or more high-mol.wt. thermoplastic polyester.
