PURPOSE:To improve stereoscopic effect by forming both faces out of an inside load bearing part in which recessed grooves are formed on the upper end face and square shaped transverse and longitudinal cutouts are respectively formed on the lower end face and the inside edge of right and left end, and an outside decorative part in which the upper and lower end faces are respectively lower than the inside load bearing part or in same level. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal cavity (b) is provided between connecting parts 2, 2 to connect face shells on both sides, and longitudinal cavities (b') are provided outside the connecting parts 2, 2. On the upper end face 31 of an inside load bearing part 3, three recessed grooves (c)... are provided in parallel, the lower end face 32 is steppedly formed, a square shaped transverse cutout 5 is formed on the inside edge, and recessed grooves (d) are provided on the outside lower end part 32 and the lower end face 42 of an outside decorative part 4. The upper end face 41 of the part 4 is downward inclined and positioned lower than the upper end face 31 of the inside load bearing part 3, and the lower end face 42 is positioned in same level with the lower end face 32 of the part 3. Hereby, a block wall body having a substantial appearance can be obtained.
