PURPOSE: To provide a continuous egg frying device with high safety which can easily perform the temperature control of an egg frying tray, and in addition, has a high production capability compared with the machine dimension. ;CONSTITUTION: By a high frequency electromagnetic induction heating means 6, an eddy current is generated in the magnetic material film of an egg frying tray 1, and the egg frying tray 1 itself can be heated by the eddy current.
