ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE:Novel acylaminic penicillinic antibiotics ofgeneral formula (I) and a method for their preparation aredisclosed. In the general formula (I):(I)R has the following structure: or or wherein R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl residue, loweralkoxycarbonyl residue or phenyl residue; R4, R5, R6designates hydrogen, lower alkyl residue, halogen or loweralkoxyl residue; A is oxygen or N-lower alkyl residue; ntakes values O or 1; R1 is hydrogen or hydroxyl group and R2is hydrogen, alkaline metal or carboxy protective group.These antibiotics have a high antimicrobial activity againstgram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.
