PURPOSE:To prevent a loading miss from occurring by forming a guide between a side plate clutch and a positioning device, which goes along each array direction of these elements. CONSTITUTION:A guide 25 and a positioning device 27 both are installed in the same side plate 16, and the former is installed in position along a pattern array direction of the latter. Likewise, this pattern individually corresponds to racks 14, 14... and so on installed in the same side plate at each stage. And, in case of housing each plate B in a plate storage magazine, when the magazine 11 is moved up or down, one that regulates the direction is the guide 25 itself, and one that sets stop position is the pattern formed in the positioning device 27. Accordingly, only when the magazine is stopped on the basis of the pattern of the positioning device 27, these racks 14 and 14 individually corresponding to this pattern by one stage are stoppable at the fixed position.
