PURPOSE:To eliminate much labor in cleaning by removably laying plural deposit vessels having opened upsides and shallow bottoms, on all the bottom surface of a store tank, thereby removing the deposit of consolidated coal particles from the store tank for each deposite vessel. CONSTITUTION:Deposit vessels 8, 9 having a capacity of about 200l are laid on an upper surface of a bottom plate 7 of a store tank 1. An air hose branched from an air header is connected to each air gate 12 and compressed air of 1-2kg/cm is supplied so as to expand air bags 13, 17 so that the adjacent deposit vessels 8, 9 are closely fixed. In cleaning of the store tank 1, air is discharged from the air gate 12 of the respective deposit vessels 8, 9 so that the fixing of the deposit vessels 8, 9 is removed, thus the deposit vessels 8, 9 are carried out of the store tank 1 by a carrier. Compressed air is supplied from the bottom of the carried deposit vessels 8, 9 and the deposit is pushed outward, thereby the labor saving in the cleaning operation can be performed.
