PURPOSE: To instantaneously restart interrupted stop processing by an operation system electronic computer when a fault is generated in a stand-by system electronic computer during the period of transfer processing. ;CONSTITUTION: When a processing continuation disabled state is generated in the operation system electronic computer 1, a stop processing means 15 starts stop processing, and after stopping user request processing in executing, informs the start of the stop processing to the stand-by system electronic computer 2 by a self-system status informing means 11, and then interrupts the stop processing. When an other- system information receiving means 22 in the computer 2 receives the information, a transfer means 26 starts the transer processing of the user request processing. If a processing continuation disabled fault is generated in the computer 2 during the period of the tranfser processing, a stop processing means 25 starts stop processing and informs the effect to the computer 1 by a self-system status informing means 21.
