PURPOSE:To enable an abnormal index component of low concentration to be detected high in sensitivity so as to surely find an inner abnormality in its early stage. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbent container 10, which is charged with activated carbon 11 that selectively adsorbs the decomposition products of solid insulating material dissolved in a PFC liquid 4, is provided for a circulating path of PFC liquid 4, decomposition products are trapped by the activated carbon 11 and condensed, and the trapped decomposition products are periodically analyzed, whereby inner abnormalities are diagnosed.
