MULTI-LAYER TYPE DIELECTRIC RESONATOR AND BAND PASS FILTER USING THIS RESONATOR

PURPOSE: To integrally form a thinned multi-layer type dielectric resonator in a micro strip circuit, and to thin a band pass filter, etc., by using this resonator. ;CONSTITUTION: In a micro strip circuit in which a strip line 3 is formed on the other face of a dielectric substrate 1 provided with a ground layer 2 on one face, an electric conductor layer 4, a high dielectric layer 5 and an electric conductor layer 6, having a prescribed area are laminated and formed on the dielectric substrate 1, and by connecting outside peripheral edge parts of the electric conductor layers 4, 6, multi-layer type dielectric resonators 7a-7d are formed in a state that the high dielectric layer 5 is roughly sealed hermetically, and a band pass filter 10 is constituted of these multi-layer type dielectric resonators 7a-7d and the strip line 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
