PURPOSE:To make it possible to place a better concrete lining with no steps of joint in a construction joint on a side wall by absorbing the side pressure of concrete in case of concrete placement by a portal which is antecedently displaced. CONSTITUTION:A portal 5 and a height of a ceiling end part of a centre 6 are set, and displacement much more than the amount of displacement added to a side wall centre 1 is provided to the portal 5 in advance in case of concrete placement. The provision of the antecedent displacement is made by an antecedent displacement provided substance 10. The side pressure of the concrete 8 in case of concrete placement is absorbed by the portal 5 which is antecedently displaced.
