Steel liner for reinforced concrete reactor containment vessel

PURPOSE:To enable the reliability for hanging, the guarantee of installation precision and the reduction of a construction period by providing flat bars provided on the periphery of steel-made liners of a reinforced concrete reactor containment liner anchors connecting at right angles therewith and their hanging metal fittings. CONSTITUTION:Hanging is performed by lifting liners divided into rings 1 with wires 14 attached to hanging metal fittings 13 by the use of a large-sized crane. The metal fittings 13 are fixed and arranged on the whole circumference of the liners 6 at a few points at regular intervals to fix and arrange on liner anchors 9 of the outer surface of the liners 6. In addition, because the anchors 9 are connected to flat bars 12 partitioned at intervals of about 2m, load transmission is performed on the anchors 12 of the whole circumference and the bars 12 of the whole stage when hanging load is loaded on the metal fittings 13 of the anchors 9 and local deformation produced in the thin liners 6 of the plate thickness can be prevented. Thereby the reliability for hanging, the guarantee of installation precision and the reduction of a construction period can be contrived.
