PURPOSE:To contrive the adaptation for ventilation fans or the like in various kinds by providing a frame body into four frame forming members including its beam member with the corner part as its center and forming a joint between each of the frame forming members by mutually overlapping their edges to permit a lengthwise and crosswise change in the frame body. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a nearly square, tubular frame body 1 having a beam member 2 at its opening face on one side thereof, a replacement filter member 4 enclosing the entire outer surface of the frame body 1 on the side of the beam member 2 and having a sufficient width to be able to be bent inwardly of an opening edge 32 on the opposite side for a predetermined length, and a holding member 5 for holding the bent part of the member 4 temporarily against the frame body 1. The frame body 1 is divided into four frame forming members 3 including the beam member 2 with the corner part as its center and a joint is formed between each of the frame forming members 3 by mutually overlapping their edges, thereby permitting a lengthwise and crosswise change in the frame body 1. As a result, the subject filter is made adaptable for ventilation fans or the like in various sizes and kinds.
