PURPOSE: To provide a molten steel pool in order to immerse a probe for measuring composition and the other by crushing molten slag covering the molten steel surface in a ladle in the semi-solidified condition. ;CONSTITUTION: An oxygen blowing device for cutting slag, in which the probe is easily inserted by crushing the molten slag in the semi-solidified condition covering the molten steel surface in the ladle 1 and partially removing the slag to expose the molten steel surface, can be changed over into the supply device of the oxygen for cutting the slag and inert gas. Then the device is laid on the table being tiltable and arranged so as to adjoin a chute 8 for charging exothermic ball and a nozzle 9 for charging exothermic ball and is made to be freely tilted and advanced/retreated by cooperating with these devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
