PURPOSE:To simplify the registration processing of question and answer data, and to improve the efficiency of the preparing operation of a question and answer corresponding chart, in a system in which the question and answer data and a data base are prepared for the retrieval of a conference record. CONSTITUTION:Document data 1 and main sentence data 2 are housed in a question and answer data base 4 by a processing part 3 each time a regular meeting is held. At the time of retrieval, a retrieval word is inputted by an inputting part 6, the question and answer data base 4 is retrieved, and the retrieved result is displayed at a picture display part 5 as the question and answer corresponding chart.
