PURPOSE: To obtain such an attic space as the construction is simple, the manufacture and installation thereof is easy and, at the same time, the construction has a sufficient fire resistance efficiency. ;CONSTITUTION: A unit building 1 is equipped with a roof panel 6, etc., mounted to an upper floor building unit 4 through a panel fixture 5, an attic space 7 is formed of the upper floor building unit 4 and roof panel 6, and the attic space 7 is partitioned with a separation wall panel 8. In addition, the upper end 10A of an external wall 10 is extended to the rear of the roof panel 6, and a gap between the upper end 9A of an external wall 9 produced in the case the general external wall 9 is used and the rear of the roof panel 6 is filled with an extended part to form attic space separation construction. When the upper end of the external wall 10 is extended, there is no gap between the roof panel 6 and external wall 10, so that the attic space can be formed as fire resistant construction with simple construction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
