PURPOSE: To construct forms correctly and prevent leakage by setting generally U-shaped metal braces with a horizontal bearer, a long leg and a short leg between slab forms and balcony forms before placing concrete simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A metal brace 1 is set in place with a metal anchor 7 on a short leg 1c fixed to a slab form 8 and a protective tube 6 on a long leg 1b put on a balcony form 9 to hold a horizontal bearer 1a positioned horizontally. A cotter reinforcement 11 is laid between a spacer block 10 and a cotter reinforcement bearer 5 to support thereon top beam reinforcements 12. With a rise reinforcing bar 13 welded to a rise reinforcement mounting stud 4, a rise form 14 is fixed to a separator 2 via a form tie 15. A batter form 16 is fixed on a batter form bearer 3. Both forms 14 and 16 are coupled via a head spreader 17. Concrete is simultaneously placed in all the slab form 8, balcony form 9, beam form and rise form 14.
