PURPOSE:To set a clutch capacity small by holding a sleeve at the time of starting a compressor always in optimum set position and reducing a load applied to a clutch. CONSTITUTION:A first spring Sp1 which energizes a sleeve 15 so as to move in one axial direction and which can hold a stopper 31 to be engaged with the sleeve 15 in a stop position on a rotary driving shaft 5 is provided on one side in the axial direction of the sleeve 15. A second spring Sp2 which is weaker than the first spring Sp1 and which energizes the sleeve so as to move in the other axial direction is provided on the other side in the axial direction of the sleeve 15. At the time of starting a compressor, the first spring Sp1 holds the stopper 31 in the stop position against the resilient force of the second spring Sp2 to hold the sleeve 15 which is engaged therewith in position.
